I went to the showroom in Fulham and met Leo who is possibly the most charming knowledgeable guy I've ever met, just an absolute sweetheart to deal with and really knows his stuff. I've been in paint paralysis for a year, obsessed, I've had files of so many saved photos and inspirations but just could not seem to find the right colour. As a designer and artist, I am supposed to be good at this stuff! but with tricky natural light changing colours, and 2 expensive paint jobs later, I was still unhappy with the look and literally going insane torn between various farrow and ball colours.. none of which looked right, and after spending a small fortune and endless hours only to find they looked dreary, or simply far too twee. I knew the' feel' of what I wanted, Coco Chanel's suite at The Ritz, but just did not know how to get there, after trying the obvious black and white and creams, with too many furniture pieces of clashing colours, old walls and paint mess, I was tearing my hair our ...It turns out OWL GRAY which was Leo's suggestion is the absolute bomb for making anything look Paris sophisticated, luxury and clean without being cold ..it has the perfect combination of blue and red undertones and goes with everything. I used the sample on walls with the colour trim that Leo suggested .. holy moly! finally perfection. This paint is a cinch to use (unlike farrow and ball )and goes on smoothly and dries in seconds, it makes the uneven old walls look immaculate, the samples are so generous that I was able to see what it would look like on every wall of a pretty massive room. It is going to look stunning. I'm ordering right now. Thank you, Benjamin Moore, you are the best, and you really need to make Leo your creative director, he is absolutely fantastic.

Really poor service I accidentally double ordered because I thought my first order hadn’t gone through. That was my fault but I Messaged same day to cancel but they said it was too late. I offered to return at my expense unopened but answer was no as they claim they never sell this colour so couldn’t resell even though it’s a top colour on their website and designer magazines ! and they’ve been selling it or it would appear not selling it for years! I guess they can’t be doing as well as they make out although at their prices it doesn’t surprise me. Very haughty attitude too. Apparently the customer is always wrong. I won’t be buying from them again

Brilliant from ordering to 48 hour delivery,excellent coverage,high gloss finish and like painting with liquid silk,by far the best finish with a water based paint and after only 2 days has dried with an almost scratchproof surface.
